Grade 11 listed fireplace found on the first floor after pulling off studded wall from previous tenants. Its so pretty but if plans got through this will have to come out as it's smack bang in the middle of the cafe/tea making area..
Footing's going in for drains from the 2 basins on ground floor level..
the rip out of exsisting ceilings and pointing in the walls before the lime wash walls
